EMS-Display modules are manufactured under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 and ISO 13485 management systems, pass AOI inspection plus a 100% powered-on final test, and ship with CE, FCC, RoHS, REACH and UL compliance documentation.

Quality Policy

Three inspection gates, zero shortcuts

Quality at EMS-Display is organized as a three-gate system: IQC on incoming materials, IPQC through the process, and OQC at outbound. On top of the gates, every module gets an AOI optical scan and a 100% powered-on test before the carton is sealed — so a defect is caught at the station that made it, not at your line.

  • IQC incoming — glass lots, driver ICs, backlights and touch panels sampled and logged before release to the line.
  • IPQC in-process — SMT, bonding and lamination inspected in-line; AOI catches alignment and particle defects where they occur.
  • FQC final — 100% powered-on test of colors, backlight, touch and interface on every single module.
  • OQC outbound — AQL sampling plus packaging and traceability audit before shipment.

Four systems, audited by third parties

ISO 9001:2015 is the baseline for every line. IATF 16949 adds automotive-grade process control, ISO 13485 covers medical device manufacturing, and ISO 14001 manages environmental impact — the same certificate set carried by CDTech, the sector's four-cert benchmark, and by Ampire, which holds ISO 9001 across two plants.

Product-level compliance follows the directive numbers: RoHS 2011/65/EU, REACH with SVHC declarations shipped with every order, plus Prop 65 statements, conflict-free metal declarations and EU POP (2019/1021) coverage on request. ISO 14064 GHG reporting is available for customers who need supply-chain carbon data.

From Incoming to Outgoing

Four gates, zero exceptions

The full journey of a module through quality: each gate is independent of the others, and each one can stop the batch. That is how a 100% tested module becomes the only kind we ship.

IQC — Incoming

Every glass lot, driver-IC batch, backlight and touch panel is sampled and logged before it reaches the line. A failed lot never enters production.

IPQC — In-Process

SMT placement, ACF bonding and lamination are inspected while the line runs, with AOI and pull tests on the bonding joints.

FQC — 100% Powered-On

Every single module is powered and tested — colors, backlight, touch and interface — plus an AOI optical scan of the finished stack.

OQC — Outbound

Before the carton seals, every module is powered once more on the shipping rack, then AQL-sampled with a full traceability and packaging audit.

What the numbers on the label mean

Every module carries an ERP batch QR that ties it back to its cell lot, bonding line and test records. Warranty covers 12–24 months, and for medical and automotive programs we back supply with a 10-year roadmap plus EOL alerts 12 months in advance — certification files ship with every quote.
