  • MOQ from 500 pcs — standard modules; evaluation samples ship from 1–5 pcs so you can test optics before volume.
  • Samples in 7–15 days — custom samples in 15–25 days, door-to-door by DHL, FedEx or UPS.
  • FOB Shenzhen, CIF or DDP — you pick the incoterm; we handle the export paperwork and customs classification.

Standard modules start at 500–1,000 pcs depending on the model. Custom 2nd-cut formats and ODM builds start at 1,000 pcs, and evaluation samples ship from 1–5 pcs so you can validate optics and interface before committing volume.
Standard samples leave Shenzhen in 7–15 days; custom samples with new tooling or 2nd-cut glass take 15–25 days. Samples ship by DHL, FedEx or UPS with door-to-door tracking.
Production runs 20–35 days after golden-sample approval, against a monthly capacity of 500K–1M modules. Urgent bridge runs can be scheduled with your account manager.
We accept T/T 30/70 (30% deposit, 70% against bill-of-lading copy) and L/C at sight for larger programs. Payment terms are confirmed on the proforma invoice before production starts.
Standard warranty is 12–24 months depending on product line and application. It covers material and workmanship defects, and claims are settled by repair or replacement within the warranty window.
There is no fixed minimum for custom builds — the NRE (tooling and engineering) is quoted per project and volume breaks are agreed with the production schedule. Custom samples run 15–25 days.
Modules ship in ESD antistatic bags inside vacuum-formed trays, with desiccant and humidity indicator cards per sealed carton. Export cartons are drop-tested and palletized for 10-stack loading.
Display modules classify under HS 8524. Driven modules typically fall in the 2.8–3.9% duty band, while panel-only modules can enter at 0% — we help you pick the classification that lowers landed cost.
We quote FOB Shenzhen as standard and can ship CIF or DDP to your destination. Freight and insurance are itemized separately on the quotation, and export documents are prepared for every incoterm.
