Panel Technology & Interfaces

Choose the pixel behavior, then the pipe that feeds it

IPS panels hold 80/80/80/80° viewing angles and 800:1 contrast, so colors stay true when operators look from an angle. TN panels trade that for 70/70/50/70° angles and 500:1 contrast at lower cost and faster response — the right call for cost-driven, straight-on displays.

On the electrical side we support MIPI DSI in 1/2/4-lane configurations, RGB in 16/18/24-bit, SPI, MCU 8/16-bit, LVDS 2/4-channel and eDP 1.3/1.4. Driver ICs come from the ST7789V, ILI9341, ILI9806 and EK79007 ecosystems, so your firmware team gets proven register maps and available reference code.

  • MIPI DSI 1/2/4-lane for 4.3"–5" high-resolution panels with low pin count.
  • RGB 16/18/24-bit for 2.8"–3.5" mid-size TFT with direct MCU or FPGA driving.
  • SPI / MCU for 0.96"–2.4" designs that count every pin and every milliamp.

Stack Construction

Seven layers between your touch and your pixels

A TFT module is a laminated sandwich: LED backlight, light guide plate, diffuser and brightness-enhancement films, TFT array glass, liquid-crystal layer and crossed polarizers. We assemble and inspect the full stack under Class 1000 cleanroom conditions, so optical defects are caught before a module ever ships.

Short answers to the four most common procurement questions. Anything else — send it with your drawing and we reply within 48 hours.

Standard models start at 500 pcs; custom 2nd-cut formats and ODM builds start at 1,000 pcs. Evaluation samples ship from 1–5 pcs so you can validate optics and interface before committing volume.
Standard samples leave Shenzhen in 7–15 days. After golden-sample approval, mass production runs 20–35 days, FOB Shenzhen. Urgent bridge runs can be scheduled against our monthly 500K–1M module capacity.
Yes. Our custom LCM program locks glass and driver roadmap behind a 10-year supply guarantee. We monitor panel end-of-life across the industry and issue EOL warnings 12 months in advance, with a last-buy window to cover the gap.
Rule of thumb: SPI for 0.96"–2.4" low-pin-count designs, RGB or MCU for 2.8"–3.5", MIPI DSI (1/2/4-lane) for 4.3"–5" high-resolution, and LVDS 2/4-channel or eDP for 7"–15.6". Send your MCU or SoC model and we will recommend the exact driver pairing.
