Wearable & TWS Display Modules for charging cases, watches and bands

PMOLED from 0.42" to 0.71" for TWS charging cases and round AMOLED 1.2" 390×390 / 1.39" 454×454 for smartwatches — with µA-level standby, sub-1 mm stacks and custom round or notch cutting from a single Shenzhen line.

Tiny Screens, Tight Budgets

A watch face and a case display share one rule: every milligram and every milliamp counts

Wearable displays come in two very different jobs. A TWS charging case needs a tiny status screen — 0.42" to 0.71" PMOLED that sips single-digit microamps between charges. A smartwatch needs a round 1.2" 390×390 or 1.39" 454×454 AMOLED with true blacks that still wakes in daylight. We build both on the same line, with the same yield discipline.

  • 0.42"–0.71" PMOLED for TWS cases — the 0.71" 48×64 panel is one of the smallest production OLEDs; SPI or I2C, with µA-level static draw.
  • Round AMOLED 1.2" 390×390 and 1.39" 454×454 — MIPI / SPI / QSPI interfaces tuned for always-on watch faces.
  • Sub-1 mm module stacks — slim enough for watch bodies under 9 mm total thickness.
  • Round, notch and hairline cutting — custom shapes for sensors, buttons and microphone openings.

Where wearable displays fail — and how we answer

Eight failure modes from wearable programs we have shipped, each paired with the response engineered into our OLED line. Every one is a measured gap with a numeric answer.

What wearable programs report back

Customer types and the numbers they measured — standby draw, platform consolidation and yield at scale.

TWS Audio Brand · Global

Our charging case display runs as a 0.71-inch round PMOLED on SPI. At 200K pcs a month the standby draw stayed inside our idle-budget spec — the case still tops up the earbuds three times per charge.

200K pcs/mo · <10 µA standby
Smartwatch OEM · APAC

Three watch models now share one 1.2-inch 390×390 round AMOLED platform. Golden samples took 12 days, and the round-cut yield has held above 98% since ramp.

Fitness Wearable Startup · Europe

We swapped a 0.96-inch TFT for PMOLED and cut our always-on idle draw by roughly 60%, stretching claimed battery life by two days without a bigger cell.
