OLED & AMOLED display modules with true blacks and microamp standby
PMOLED from 0.42" to 2.8" and AMOLED from 1.2" to 5.5" — self-emissive pixels with no backlight, ultra-thin profiles under 1 mm and µA-level standby for TWS cases, smartwatches and wearables.
Self-emissive by design — no backlight, no light guide, no contrast ceiling
An OLED pixel generates its own light, so black is a pixel that is simply off. That removes the backlight unit, the light guide and the diffuser from the BOM, and with them the leakage current and the bezel width they force.

Pixels that light themselves — and how we keep them alive
Because each pixel emits its own light, OLED modules deliver contrast a backlit LCD cannot reach: blacks are truly off, measured at 0 nits, which is why a watch face at night shows no halo around the digits. The same architecture cuts the optical stack to a single glass, giving sub-millimeter thickness and narrow bezels that matter in TWS and wearable enclosures.
The trade-off is the blue emitter: blue OLED materials age faster than red and green, so lifetime is managed at design time — brightness derating, pixel-aging compensation and always-on dimming guidance keep a watch face uniform across its service life.
- >10,000:1 contrast with absolute black — 0 nits when the pixel is off, no backlight bleed.
- µA-level standby — no backlight to power, so idle draw is controller and pixel leakage only.
- <1 mm glass-based PMOLED with narrow bezels, sized for TWS and band enclosures.
- Round, notch and irregular cuts from standard cells on our own 2nd-cutting line.

Where OLED earns its power budget
Four application families dominate our OLED volume. Each runs a dedicated engineering program — shape, brightness grade and lifetime target tuned to the duty cycle.
Smartwatches
Round AMOLED 1.2" 390×390 and 1.39" 454×454 at 300–500 nits, with always-on display support for wrist-up legibility.
View IndustrySmart Bands
0.96" 128×64 and 1.12" 96×96 PMOLED with µA standby — a week of battery life on a 100 mAh cell.
View IndustryHome Appliances
Segment and graphic OLED for cookers and AC panels — 10-year appliance life, ultra-thin bezel and dimmable down to 10%.
View IndustryPremium HMI
5.44" 1080×1920 AMOLED at 800 nits for high-end control surfaces where wide angles and true black sell the product.
View IndustryThe 0.42"–0.71" screen inside 200 million cases
TWS charging case screens are the OLED market's mainstream: sizes of 0.42"–0.71" at 72×40 to 96×24 pixels, drawing single-digit microamps in standby so the case's idle battery budget is untouched. Our lines ship these at up to 200K pcs/month, with SPI drivers and a glass profile thin enough for the case lid.
