Standard industry panels reach end-of-life in 3–7 years; our custom LCM program locks the glass and driver roadmap behind a 10-year supply guarantee instead.

- Brightness & backlight — 300 nits economy builds to 5,000 nits outdoor stacks, with RGB backlights for status color-coding.
- Interface & pinout — FPC length, connector orientation and pin sequence redrawn to mate with your mainboard.

The 8-step road from your sketch to a shipped module
An ODM build follows a fixed gate sequence so nothing is re-done twice. You sign off at each gate — your approval is a checkpoint, not a formality. At gate three you receive a transparent NRE breakdown; at gate six you approve the golden sample that mass production is measured against.
Requirement Intake
You send size, resolution, interface and environment data. We return a feasibility check with your drawing set in hand.
Spec Confirmation
Mechanical drawing, electrical spec and connector choice are frozen into a datasheet. You approve the drawing set.
Quote & NRE
Unit price, tooling cost and lead-time plan are itemized. NRE is transparent and credited into volume pricing.
Sampling
Our line builds 2nd-cut tooled samples with your exact active area and interface. You receive them for bench validation.
Sample Approval
Optics, brightness, touch and FPC fit are checked against your sign-off list. Issues are corrected on the next build.
Pilot Run
A small pilot batch runs on the production line with your fixtures. AOI and 100% powered-on test apply to every unit.
Mass Production
Full-volume manufacturing runs against the approved golden sample, with in-line QC and batch traceability from cell lot. You receive weekly yield and shipment reports to plan your own line.
Shipment
ESD packaging, sealed export cartons and QR-coded batch records leave FOB Shenzhen — CIF or DDP on request. Your logistics team confirms the booking against the agreed delivery window.
